What is Interior Redesign? Is it different
than Interior Design?
A.
Redesign is a
fast, simple way to give your home or office
a bold new look with enhanced functionality
using your existing furniture, art and
accessories. Although many of the elements
used in Interior Redesign may be the same as
used in traditional Design, Redesign does
not tackle structural changes to your home.
Additionally, Redesign honors your favorite
items so that they are well integrated in
your new surroundings.

How much does Redesign cost?
A.
Each Redesign has its own unique needs and
desired outcome, therefore, it is best to
contact us to obtain a quote. On average, a
single room will take 4 hours and cost $600
to transform.
Q.
How much say do I have in the Redesign
process?
A.
It’s all about YOU! Although we bring our
creative eye and experience to the process,
Redesign is all about helping make your
favorite items shine while improving the
functionality you demand. First, our
process includes an in-depth interview so
that we have a thorough understanding of
your needs, wants and expectations.
Additionally, we will discuss a list of
possible actions so that you are well
informed of what could be done during the
Redesign and so that your specific desires
are honored.
Q. Do
I need to be home for the Redesign?
A.
We prefer that you are not home for the
Redesign. Often, the surroundings will look
worse before they come together and WOW
you. Additionally, we highly recommend that
your pets are placed in a safe haven to
avoid any mishaps while we work.
Q.
Will you clean the room too?
A.
We do not clean the room. In fact, we
ask that you clean and de-clutter the room
in advance of our arrival as well as provide
us with a space (outside of the one being
redesigned) where we can place unused items
for you to put away at a later time.
When we move large furniture pieces, we do
try to vacuum before the final placement if
you have put your cleaner out for us.

What can I expect from a Staging
consultation?
A.
We will walk
through each room with you and provide you
with a written list of suggestions for
making your house more desirable to a
broader range of potential buyers.
Additionally, if there is any time left over
in our 2 hour consultation, we will stage
the most important room to get it ready for
sale.
Q.
Are Gift Certificates available?
A.
YES! Just contact us and we will be happy
to provide gift certificates for any amount
over $50.
Q. I
love the concept of Interior Redesign, but
my spouse is skeptical. Can you help me
convince him / her?
A.
Very often,
there is something that is not working for
someone in the house. Redesign solves those
issues. Maybe it’s a favorite chair that
she’s not used because it does not fit in
front of the fireplace where she likes to be
or window treatments that look like they
were moved (and maybe they were!) from the
college dorm that he can’t stand another day
– whatever the issue, Redesign can help.
Also, we are experts at helping to finally
showcase those favorite heirlooms or
memorabilia that have been in the closet all
these years.
